What precautions a person should take suffering from Cervical Spondolysis?

Ans: To be aware of their posture of the upper body while they are at desk work, one should keep things while working, at the eye level
Avoid being down. Keep the hand, head and gaze well mastered with each movement

Is Cervical Spondolysis completely curable?

Ans: Hello Aslam,
Cervical Spondolysis is a term used to describe wear and tear of the cervical spine. This is something that happens in everyone but for some it is more severe and can cause pain.
If the wear and tear has already happened then that can't be reversed but with good nutrition care, physiotherapy, yoga, ayurveda etc the symptoms can totally be cured and the further degeneration can be paused or delayed.

Hi! My wife has a cervical spondylitis, as result she is having difficulty in lifting her hands and pain in upper back portion. can you advice or suggest some good exercise

Cervical spondylitis is a degenerative disorder affecting the neck, and when the nerve roots near the spine are compressed, it can cause pain in the neck, upper back, and even radiating pain into the arms and fingers. Exercises such as chin tucks, shoulder bracing, and neck isometrics are effective in managing this condition. It's important to perform these exercises consistently over time, and even after the pain subsides, they should be continued. However, I also recommend a visit to a physiotherapist for a few essential sessions to learn these exercises properly and to receive pain relief through modalities like TENS, ultrasound, or others, depending on the severity of the condition. which is the best therapy to treat cervical spondylosis with c5-c6 disc bulge.

Ans: Dear Pankaj,
One of the best ways to treat a disc bulge is via the Mckenzie method. In my past 20 years of physiotherapy journey I have seen excellent results with the Mckenzie method.
Please go to a Mckenzie certified physiotherapist and let them evaluate in details and accordingly prescribe the exercises.
In few extreme cases when physiotherapy doesn't work then you need to probably visit your orthopedic doctor and see if medicines/surgery is required for your case.

Since you have already resigned, which at times is advisable rather than continuing in a toxic work environment, it must be a matter of few days before you are out. Hence best way to deal with this is to simply complete your handing over/exit formalities smoothly without giving much heed to other negative things happening around you. In case it is getting real difficult you may discreetly escalate the matter to head of department/business etc. & am sure things will be looked into.
You should now actually put your complete focus on your new job search/career way forward.

I want to take drop for JEE 2026 in JEE 2025 January attempt I got 40% I know it is very bad I studied online from PW (Arjuna + Lakshya) but I did only one thing that is backlog covering I watch all the lectures in 2x and make notes only not done any questions practice because my whole time gets busy in covering backlogs and I get distracted while doing the online preparation so now I finally decided to go to an offline coaching centre in Indore ( ALLEN DWK Campus) currently I live in Sagar. So sir please can you guide me what to do now and what is the best dropper strategy I should follow please sir

You have made a wise choice by joining offline classes for JEE preparation. You have already completed the syllabus and the examination process. You understand your strengths and weaknesses. Prepare a list of topics where you excel and those that need improvement. Attend all classes consistently. Clarify any doubts regarding topics and concepts you may have missed. Take all tests conducted in the classes. If possible, enroll in a top online test series platform. Aim to solve as many previous question papers as you can. Create a "Rankers File" for yourself, including all the essential formulas, summaries, and handwritten notes. This file will help you quickly revise all topics at any time. Maintain a safe distance from electronic gadgets. Concentrate solely on your studies and strive to study a minimum of 8-10 hours per day. To achieve success, hard work is essential. Ans: Hello dear.
It is hard to say anything about NIT Surathkar and that too CSE branch. But your son will have a seat in one of the tier-2 NITs. You have to compromise with the branch. But if your is only interested in CSE, then surely he may seat in IIITs.

Ans: Hello Ritika
No. Pass and fail do not depend on the practical marks. The practical marks are added in the subject marks. The total should be at least 35 marks or as the respective board decides. But if someone scores less than the minimum passing criterion, he/she will be treated as fail in that subject. Hence even if someone fails in a single subject, he is treated as FAIL.

Instead of aiming for minimum marks, always aim to score high. The cut-offs change every year. Yet to get admission in one of the Govt colleges, you need between 90-95 %tile.
