Usually for any disc bulge the Mckenzie treatment helps a lot.
You can goto a Mckenzie certified therapist and they can evaluate you and give you the treatment and then help you to strengthen your core, neck and scapula muscles if weak so you don't get a relapse of the C5-C6 bulge.

Since this is a multiple level disc problem, you will need to understand the trigger to it so that it doesn’t get worse in the near future. Also every person with a disc problem has different symptoms so it’s best to go to a nearby orthopedic or physiotherapist and seek a treatment course.

So sorry for this condition. Remember that your body posture says a lot about your spine health. Simply said, You need to strengthen the core! It will take time but this is the best solution. Keep Practicing Yoga and definitely continue physiotherapy, both of these will help you recouperate. Especially, Bhujangasana or the cobra pose will help if you practice it correctly for 5 to 10 minutes daily. Don’t bend waist down and don’t sit down on the floor. Sleeping in a hard surface will ease your pain gradually. You can also have a tablespoon of soaked Methi or Fenugreek seeds early morning, this is an age old practice to improve bone health. Soak in the early morning sun, this will help bild bone health. Most importantly m, do not worry. The body is asking you to help it rest and recover and that is something you must focus on.

Ans: Dear Pankaj,
One of the best ways to treat a disc bulge is via the Mckenzie method. In my past 20 years of physiotherapy journey I have seen excellent results with the Mckenzie method.
Please go to a Mckenzie certified physiotherapist and let them evaluate in details and accordingly prescribe the exercises.
In few extreme cases when physiotherapy doesn't work then you need to probably visit your orthopedic doctor and see if medicines/surgery is required for your case.

I’m not sure where you’re from, but according to the NIRF, the top colleges are located in Ooty, Mysuru, Manipal, and Mumbai. In most states, NEET eligibility is not required for admission, but state-level exams are necessary. Many deemed-to-be universities conduct their own entrance exams, so if you’re interested in joining one of these universities, you can reach out to them for further information.

Minimum qualification for admission to –(extracted from Pharmacy council of India.)
A(after HSC). First year B. Pharm – A pass in any of the following examinations - i. We are couple with 1 child. However, struggling with schools for my 11 year old who has autism, can talk and severe adhd. Schools are saying that they cannot enrol him yet due to behaviour and the fact that he wont listen to anyone and behave badly. He is smart in academics but likes to do things as he wishes creating issues. he struggles with peer communication and sitting in one place and will slouch and fall from the chair. Are there any options that we can look at. As his IQ is normal we feel he will struggle in a special school as well.

Ans: Dear Madam/Sir. Appreciate you reach out to improve core strength as many people do neglect core muscle strength. A strong core is essential for better posture, stability, and overall fitness. To strengthen your core, start with a plank, where you lift your body onto your forearms and toes, keeping your back straight and holding the position for 30-60 seconds. Next, try the bird-dog by getting on all fours, stretching one arm forward and the opposite leg backward, holding for a few seconds, and switching sides. The dead bug is another great exercise—lie on your back with arms and legs raised, then slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg before switching. For lower back and glute activation, perform glute bridges by lying on your back with knees bent, lifting your hips up, and lowering them slowly. Russian twists improve oblique strength; sit with bent knees, lean back slightly, and twist your torso side to side. Leg raises help target the lower abs—lie flat, lift both legs straight up, and lower them without touching the ground. Lastly, try the hollow body hold by lying on your back, lifting your shoulders and legs slightly off the ground, and holding the position while keeping your core engaged.
