I have swelling on both my feet whenever I eat flour made chappatis, I take bp high tab - amplodipine 10 mg, had in the past sugar related problem too, eat no sugar, rare drink,yes I do sit and work but have gym at home and do regular work out, what is the problem because of what please advise? ! gratitude !

Additionally, staying hydrated, reducing salt intake, and soaking your feet in warm water with Epsom salt may help alleviate discomfort.
