I sleep easily but wake up after 4 hrs in the night and then I have trouble sleeping. This is happening for last 1 yr. I am 48 and healthy

Ans: You need to look into your dinner time and what meal you have for dinner
Early dinner before 7 pm and easily digestible protein for dinner help to get better sleep

Hi Doctor My age is 39 years Struggling with sleep past 2 years feel sleepy then goes to bed then can't sleep even in i get sleep it's breaks after 1 hours during night though of taking sleeping pill

Ans: Sleeplessness is very common problem with the present day - adolescent, youth, Adults and Elders.
One common string which cause this across all age group is unhealthy pattern in food which means, wrong food at wrong timing and Sedantary activities.
Manage your diet rhythm-Eat a balanced meal on time. Early dinner before 7 pm make a lot of difference
2.Good physical activity to exercise and work out the whole body helps

I am 63, Have dinner before 7pm, I sleep at 10pm and Before sleeping I do before breathing excercise. I get sound sleep till 2 to 3am. But after that I have difficulty in sleeping back.

Ans: Hi,
Your eating and sleep habits are perfect and if you are getting deep sleep for 4-5 hours, it is okay to wake up around 3-4AM (brahma muhurat). It is actually considered an ideal time to wake up, do morning routine, practice meditation, go for a light stroll around 5AM. If you feel sleepy in the afternoon, it's okay to take a nap for 1-2 hrs.

If he is ok and doing good with you, its my personal advice that you should think good about your marriage. As you have a son also his future depends on your today's actions. One more thing, when you ll not leave your past behind, you ll not be able to invest in your present. So I would advise you to stop talking to your ex and concentrate on your husband and kid.

hi maam im 24 years old im from mumbai im in love with a guy who is from hyd and he is 28 years old we have been together since 1 year when i was in hyd he did many things which hurt me like falsely accusing me of cheating with my collegues who are elder to me coming to my office and fighting over there calling me nd abusing me but i let go off everything he did with me and he did many more things later we started to b in a long distance relationship he use to always say lets b good with eachother from now and lets forget our past but since the tym we r in long distance still he always accuse me of cheating and lying even when im saying the truth i never cheated on him even once and never even thought about it but he always accuse me of cheating always and everyday and since some days he is always behaving hot and cold with me im not able to understand anything this last sun he called me but i didnt lift the call due to some issues in my house so i called him the next day and he started to accuse me of cheating and lying when i was telling the truth i wanna leave him and move on but when ever i leave he comes back again he leaves me again he comes back im not able to understand what should i do now

Ans: you are in duress. a relationship as defined by you is not worth being in one. please break off, block him from all our touchpoints - social media/ phone etc...if need be change your phone number. heal yourself, focus on your self, become financially independent, feel good about yourself before you find your person.

Sorry to hear that you failed in CBSE board examination. Failing your CBSE board exams means you won't be eligible for JoSAA counseling. You can consider appearing for the CBSE improvement/compartment exam to improve your marks and meet the eligibility criteria for future JoSAA counseling. You can appear 12th via open board but again you have fulfill the eligibility criteria of min 75% for JoSSA counseling. Best of luck for your bright future.
