Respected, my sugar is always normal, i was taking a carbophage medicine for sugar, 3 times. After this problem i change this medicine to other medicine, now the joint pain is not increasing, but due to that carbophage medicine which i taken for 2 years, that side effect is there, that side effect pain is not going. And another is tinnitus problem , that medicines also i am taking , but the tinnitus is also not going. So can you please guide me.

Ans: Hello. So if I understand correctly, you have diabetes which is now well controlled without medications, and you have joint pains and tinnitus which started with the medicines but have persisted after stopping the medicines. Further evaluation is certainly required. Unfortunately, some side effects may not be completely reversible. However before saying that conclusively, a more thorough evaluation for other causes and remedies is required. I would definitely recommend a visit.

i am having tinnitus problem, hand joint pain after diabetes so what should i do, i have taken treatment but no effect till now.

Ans: Hello Sunil,
It would be better for me to know what treatment have you already taken and what are your blood sugar levels (fasting, post prandial and HBA1c). Only then can I guide you better.
Usually we use a holistic approach which consists of nutrition care, sujok therapy, certain exercises, certain physiotherapy techniques and it has given very good results for many.

Ans: Each medicine has an effect in the system for a certain duration and the duration of its impact differs with different group. Taking Carbophage might bring in Vit B 12 Deficiency
So this itself causes Peripheral neuropathy.
Add Vit B12 as a supplement

Ans: Your fasting and Postprandial blood sugar levels are out of range. You need to review your medication with your doctor. Follow a balanced diet with more complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, and dals. Avoid simple carbohydrates, which are processed, such as sugar, pasta, white bread, flour, and cookies, pastries, and namkeens. High glycemic index foods should be restricted. These foods raise sugar levels very quickly. Choose high fiber foods like vegetables in every meal. Follow a regular exercise regimen and focus on body fat loss.

Look at state counseling options for government colleges.
Consider private universities with good placement records.

Yes, he has a chance of getting a seat in lower branches in Tier-2 NITs, especially in later rounds of JoSAA and CSAB counseling.
