Hlo sir i am facing a health problem due to my increase in body weight. From 2023-2024(2years) i was doing online classes in home preparing for competitive exam due to this my weight increase by 10kg (from 62kg to 82kg) and now i am facing issues like problem in walking, running, lack of stamina and many others physical issue. So please sir can you help me with it, i am going to college in next 2 months. I can't go to gym i can do anything at home like exercises and other things. So please sir give me some tips and suggestions

Ans: Hello Md.. Thank you for your query. Appreciate your are worried about weight gain which is valid concern. Weight gain causes lot of issues which includes breathlessness while walking, less of endurance ( Stamina), back and knee pain. The only way you can reduce weight is less calories intake what is needed for body which we call it as staying calorie deficit , more protein and regular strength and aerobic exercise. However this approach requires consistency and determination. You can still do all these exercises at home which includes push ups, pull up, squats, lunges, dumbbells, resistance exercises, however it requires regularity and daily consistency

Hello I'm a 22-year-old male with a height of 5 feet 2 inches and a skinny body with a weight of just 35 kilograms with a really poor appetite; I do feel really weak and in winter my ribs and knees start hurting a lot, getting stiff, I want to have a muscular build with thicker arms and legs and a body weight of approx 50 kilograms with such low height should I even think of getting to the gym and how much time could it take to achieve so? If yes, then how could I achieve the desired results? How could I fix this poor appetite issue which didn't get resolved even after taking homoeopathy treatment, I've been facing this issue for the last few years where having 3rd chapati becomes such a task for me, also it takes a lot of time for me to finish a plate of rice because my stomach feels full even if I have a little, even having fruits make my stomach full, having a single boiled egg becomes too tough for me. Please guide me through this.
Ans: Hello Anonymous,
If homeopathy has not helped you then please try Ayurveda. There are many people who benefit greatly with Ayurveda in which they first check your body 'prakriti' which is vata, pitta and dosha and which category do you belong too. Accordingly they will start working on the root cause of your poor appetite and gut issues.
There is also something called as 'Kumbhaka pranayama' which could help you a lot.
Please do find out about the Ayurveda and Kumbhaka. I feel these can make you much healthier.
All the best for a wonderful and healthy life ahead!

Sir with 289 in BITs what branch my ward an get ... we have got in Josaa round2 CSE in NIT Goa and Cse in Manipal main campus ...which we shall go for kindly guide
Ans: Sharma, With 289 marks in BITSAT 2025, your ward can secure admission at BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad campuses. The expected cutoffs for 289 marks include: BITS Goa - Electronics & Communication Engineering (252-293), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (247-283), Mechanical Engineering (216-260), or Chemical Engineering (197-245); BITS Hyderabad - Electronics & Communication Engineering (258-296), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (246-290), Mechanical Engineering (209-260), Chemical Engineering (197-245), or Civil Engineering (195-240). With this score, Computer Science and Engineering remains inaccessible at all BITS campuses as cutoffs range from 279-316 at BITS Goa to 288-308 at BITS Hyderabad. NIT Goa's Computer Science Engineering achieved 86.36% placement in 2024 with an average of ?11.02 LPA, while CSE recorded 100% placement in 2022-23 with ?13.4 LPA average package. Manipal Institute of Technology main campus CSE maintains 77% placement rate for 2025 with an overall average package of ?11.76 LPA, supported by 230+ recruiters including Amazon, Microsoft, and Bosch, though branch-specific CSE data shows approximately 81% placement with ?13.1 LPA average. Both NIT Goa and Manipal offer robust placement support, modern infrastructure, and industry connections, but NIT Goa provides government institute prestige while Manipal offers superior campus facilities and larger recruiter diversity.

Recommendation: Choose NIT Goa CSE for its consistent 100% placement record in recent years, prestigious government institute status, and strong average packages; opt for Manipal main campus CSE if you prefer superior infrastructure, larger recruiter base, and private university flexibility, though placement rates are comparatively lower than NIT Goa's proven track record.
