Hello sir, my daughter is 8 yrs 10 months and weight 24 Kgs, she is thin, lack of strenght and poor eater. We have visited to doctors for her thinness. But, not improve much. Kindly suggest how to add weight.

Ans: - High protein diet
- Plant based protein sources: Legumes(pulses,dals, lentils,sprouts)
-Nuts&Seeds(almonds, pistachio, seasme seeds,flaxseeds)
-Tofu
-Pseudocereals
(amaranth,buckwheat)

Animal based protein sources -
-dairy in all forms,
-eggs,
-organ meats,
-seafood

- 30,min exercise every day
