I am a diabetic from past 8 years, was 107kgs have come down to 94, but not seen any changes in my sugar level. second thing i keep getting pains in different parts of the body, sometimes it is quite painful, after some time it subsides on its own, and the pain goes somewhere else. Third my left hand now i am having a continous pain. Have consipation issues and Gas formation also.Please advise, is it pain because of gas, of diabetes.

Ans: Reducing weight alone does not help in controlling diabetes.
Appropriate diet, good physical activity along with optimal medications will help to control the Blood sugar.
Pain in the left hand needs attention
This, could be due to Cervical spinal issues or any cardiac issues too. Please consult your Physician

I retired earlier now at 53. Invested 7L in ELSS and using 60L on short term equity trading (with monthly average gain 2L) and having own apartment home worth 40L.
