I am diabetic for the last 35 years. I have controlled my diabetes through intermittent fasting and taking metformin+sitagliptin (500mg+50mg) daily before meals. My fasting sugar varies from 104-125; after exercise, it goes up to 140 and comes down to 110 when taking Tiffen at 1300 hrs. My HbA1C is in the range of 6.1 to 6.4, and I also control by avoiding sweets, maida, fried, etc. I it ok or I have to take some measures.

What do you mean by "marry her in the future?" Aren't you already married? Are you planning on divorcing your wife? Because that's the only way you can marry this person you have only met twice and is also barely an adult.

I would suggest focusing on your marriage and your kid. If necessary, speak to your wife and figure out what's lacking in your marriage that you are seeking romantic feelings outside of it. You can even consider seeing a marriage counselor. Doing what you are doing without your partner's knowledge isn't moral.

Your nephew has too many different criteria. Domicile & caste certificates are usually issued by verifying the father's documents. Since his 12th is from CBSE gulf, we need to check in which division of CBSE it falls.
Else AIQ, deemed & Managment seats will be the only option.

In NEET Maharashtra counselling they want 10th & 12th from Maharashtra only then only they consider for state seats.
I have handled few cases where is parent kept students in boarding program for 10th in other state & then 12th from Maharashtra. they even have caste certificate & domicile made for the student, but they were not alotted state seats.
