Hi, I am 49 years old male corporate employee at a sr level which involves sitting in office or travelling. Suffering with severe Right Heel pain from 1 month, it pains more while I get up from bed in morning....slowing it reduces. My Uric acid and blood sugar levels are normal. Please advise

Ans: Hello Pankaj,
Heel pain especially more in the morning can be due to plantarfascitis or a calf muscle trigger or in some cases due to some nerve impingement in the back area.
You can dip your legs for 10 minutes in warm water and then 10 minutes in normal tap water twice a day. Icing for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day on the heel also helps. Before sleeping do some calf stretches and you can roll your foot on a tennis ball for 1-2 minutes.
If this is not helping then please see a physiotherapist and they will accordingly evaluate and treat accordingly with Ultrasound, calf stretches, release of plantarfascia etc. as need be.

I have boyfriend we are thinking about marriage. My family members love him and his family members love me. But the situation is like this that, my elder sister is getting divorce so it will take time atleast 4 years. But we can't wait for 4 years because my boyfriend is from gujarat. "I own a property in a prime location in Bangalore, within a gated society, and it is within walking distance from an IT SEZ. This property generates a rental income of Rs 50k per month. I also have another property near a SEZ in another metro city, which is also in a gated society and provides a good rental income. I intend to keep this property for my daughter. Currently, I am planning to construct a house in my home capital city for my own stay, along with three additional flats for rental income. I have sufficient funds for the construction. I do not have any loans and, apart from the construction expenses, I have additional investments worth more than 1 crore in mutual funds, stocks, fixed deposits, and provident funds. Given my financial situation, would it be wise to sell the property in Bangalore and earn interest or should I continue earning rental income and the future prospect. Thank you
