hi i am 48 yeras old and my fasting glucose label is 120-130 and after lunch 160. my weight is 70 kgs. i walk(2-3 km) and cycling daily (5-6 km). i take medician metaformin 10mg f2 tablet morning and evening before lunch and dinner. my clestrol level slightly high(hdl/ldl) and take medician also after dinner(one tablet rzo----). i want to low my sugar level without medicine. it is possible or not. if possible please tell me.
