I am a 37 year old guy , height 5.7 ft I weight 78 kilo and going to gym regularly to reduce weight by atleast 10 kg but there is hardly any improvement . I take allergy medicine and high BP and cholesterol control pill daily and maintain a balance diet but not losing weight ,please help me lose weight
