I am 43 years my weight has increased I am currently 108 kg and diabetic,High BP, Cholesterol and PCOD. As have tried fasting also and different methods but not losing weight infact increased it to 10 kg in last 1 year. Please help me. Regards Gurpreet Kaur

Ans: Weight loss requires a lot of consistency and determination along with right dietary& lifestyle changes along with a proper exercise routine!!

Please look for a nutritionist who can consider the clinical problem(could be the root cause), which will also help you in managing your weight!

Ans: There is no short cuts in weight reduction. Already you have few comorbidities
So surgery is not a good option.
Consult a Fitness medicine Physician who gives you a balanced nutrition chart and exercise prescription for your constituition

I am 50 years old under medication for diabetes since last 2 years. Despite taking adequate diet and controlled blood sugar loosing weight. My weight is 61 kg. Please suggest me some remedy. Thank you.

Ans: I am not sure what us your height. 61 kg, even after losing weight, if it is within normal weight for your height, please do not worry.
Lets say, if your height is around 165 cm, or less, this is a good weight.
However, if you suspect some other health condition which is causing your weight loss, please consult a physician.
