Hi Sir/Madam, I was working in an company where only 7 people are there .And, I absconded from the company 2 week back, because there they were discriminating the employees by religion who all are not their own religion. Every morning they'll use to do thier religious related things and also they were asked me to do gradually . But, I refused, because I never ever used to do those things and not comfortable as well. Since the day, that Manager was indirectly targeting, pressurizing me & some people and separating us. Not able to work properly and got depressed But, in our Offer letter it has been mentioned that there are 3 Years of probation period and without completing Notice period employees experience letter and releaving letter won't be provided. So, I absconded from that organisation without any releaving letter and experience letter, because I couldn't not able to pursue there. So, pls give right solutions to pursue my career, because I have 2 Years of experience. I don't want to waste my work experience.

Hello Sir, Don't disclose my name, I am working in boarding school from last 2 year's, last year principal changed and he is giving lot of work (harassing staff ) so around 50% of staff left the school. he is not appointing new staff also. hardly 2-3 staff he has appointed. In my department 3 staff ware there now I am alone, he is not appointing any one, so I am alone handling all the classes. he has increased the work also. So I decided to leave the work and I got the work also. I have sent my resignation letter through mail. In my appointment letter they have mentioned “During the probation period your service may be terminated by ONE MONTH NOTICE on “either side or Salary in lieu of notice” and The relieving date in all circumstances will not be earlier than the last day of the academic year unless the school terminates. if you are working on any assignment when you tender your resignation such assignment must be completed to the satisfaction of the school before your services will be released. As allocation of subject teaching is a duty allocated for the academic year the reliving date will not be earlier than the last date of the academic year in which the resignation is tender. The school does not encourage mid term session dis continuation of services. School academic year will ends in April. At the time of appointment they have taken all my original certificates. But when I sent my resignation with one month notice period they replied as per your request, you will be relived after the completion of required formalities and work as per service rules. But, yet they are not mentioning what are the work to complete. After one month notice period immediately I have to join my new job. otherwise i will miss my opportunity. orally simply they are extending my date. At present they have extended 15 days after my last day of my notice period. kindly guide me how to solve the problem, get back my originals and join my new job smoothly. Regards

Hi, Iam jobless since after Covid pandemic, 2020, my company, with whom I worked for 8yrs and started their business in my territory from zero sales to 5cr sales PA , removed me siting that there is no sales in last Six months and my salary was not justifiable. Infact due to Covid situation industry in my territory was itself down without any business. I was little depressed but thought to start my own business. After 3 months, when the industry started recovering, with the help of my friend ,using my finance I started my business in the same industry of adhesive with single product plan. Sales were up but not money recovery, payments got delayed by 90 to 120 days. Even my supplier gave me poor quality material 3 to 4 times due to which I have to replace good quality material to my customers and couldn't make any profit. Slowly I was exhausting of my finances and thus decided to stop the business and pursue Job. I got job offer in Nov2021 with an earlier employer and also a different field MNC. I chose to go with my earlier employer, as I knew the company well and loved to do the job. And I didn't want to risk with the new feild MNC. With this Job slowly I understood that my colleague of different territory was not happy with my joining siting a threat to the advancement to National Sales Head position and used to do politics and lure our Owner. After eight months he was given the NSM position and he started abusing me. I resigned immediately. Since then I trying for job opportunities, working as freelancer. But I'm not getting good job offers. I do get job offers which involves travelling a lot. I want to leave a peaceful life without leaving my family, a job whereby by evening I should be with my family. Iam 44yrs of age now. Kindly suggest me , a family centric person, how to get job offers within my requirement or to don't think of family and get ready for traveling job, this is my dilemma.

Hi sir I could not serve my 3 months notice period however I had served 2 months and asked HR to give me early reliving. I mentioned that my parents are not well and attached medical prescription but they denied and said you to serve complete 3 months. After 2 months I stopped going to office they were sending me absconding mails meanwhile and after 1month they sent me termination letter what shall I do In such case ? I was working there for 2 years.

we have 3 yrs of relationship and in that frm 2 yrs we are in long distance we have great bondings ,no issue on that but the major issue taht we have no future becos he belongs to bhramin family his family is very strict not accept intercaste marriage and also they dont want him to move out of house . right now he is pursuing mbbs and i am pursuing computer science . i live in bangalore as u know its tech hub and best place for me for career but he will make future in gujarat he is telling me to come over there after marriage still we have lot time to think but he dont want to hang me in middle of the situation as he is not able to promise me that he will make it work 100% . He now every time telling me ki if u come to gujarat then only it will work and convince his family and some time he tells me that even if u come their might be my parents not fully accept u and tell u something rudely and all stuffs as i belong to general and may be u will regret for ur career also . what should i do should i compromise my career and do remote job or stay in some small company just for him or otherwise leave him? even i have great fear of not getting any soulmate after this becos as my experiences my elder sisters and brothers are still dint get their perfect partners its hard to get married to unknown i know i am overthinking at this stage but am confuse. i also dont have much frnd to talk about my prsnl problems .its been 2 yrs i have been through my personal loss and family problems also some times i am in pain getting sucidal thoughts its not for the relationships .Please help me with this .
