As an HR professional in Chennai, I'm keenly observing the shift in workforce dynamics, particularly with the increasing integration of AI. My role primarily involves talent acquisition and employee engagement. I'm wondering how AI will impact our industry. Will AI automate many of the functions currently performed by HR, such as resume screening or initial interviews? If so, what new skills will be required for HR professionals to remain valuable and strategic partners to the business? My career aspiration is to become an HR leader, but I want to ensure I'm focusing on developing skills that will be relevant in an AI-augmented workplace. Through JoSAA/CSAB, fill IIIT Una, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Bhagalpur, IIIT Manipur, IIIT Raichur, IIIT Dharwad, but CSE/ECE may mostly depend on CSAB vacancy movement. You must have backup options of JAC Chandigarh, HSTES Haryana, Punjab colleges, IPU Delhi, Private Universities, and State counselling. Ans: Chances with South NITs are slim. You may try for lower branches in lower NITs. Yet the chances are on the borderline. Better to keep an alternative option open.

Better Mechanical options: NIT Calicut, NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, MANIT Bhopal, VNIT Nagpur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Silchar, plus CSAB round.
