Hello ji, I join on a third party payroll in March 23, for a renowned IT firm, and in later on this IT firm offered me and i joined in Sep 23. During Background verification post join, they objected my prior to prior employment, which had an joining date overlap and considered it a Moonlight case. That i clarified them with scenario, but finally they terminated. IT firm issued me a show cause notice for this, which i even replied on next day, but termination reason they mentioned that 'given an opportunity to provide a written response in relation to the Allegations, which you elected not to do', but this is not true. When i objected and i get reply that "Even basis whatever is submitted, your case has not cleared. Decision stands final" Kindly suggest if can i file a case in court for this action or it doesn't have much legal base. Thanks

Sir I was terminated by an organization without any notice/information and the termination letter stated that I was discontinued from back date (2 days before). I mean they informed me on 16th while I was working in the market and the discontinuation letter stated the date as 14th. Can any organization terminate an employee retrospectively and in such an unprofessional manner. I was also not paid previous month's salary and expenses on the payout date. I am also doubtful whether they will process my full and final or not. What course of action do I have in case this happens. I have the appointment letter as well as discontinuation letter with me. My company mail id is still active and I am following up with the HR for settling my pending dues as they had told to clear the same in 2-3 days but no reply from their side. Kindly suggest whether should I send notice or is there any legal course of action to get my full and final settlement done. Pls help.

Hi sir, I have joined in the company for four years contract basis initial period one year and extendable more three years as per project requirements and performance of the candidate. During the initial period, I was suffered with fever and took the rest for 15-20days with intimation of mail and phone communication. But now they found the 20 loss of pay in the initial period of one year contract and saying that your job not extended more contract year because you have LOP's in the last one year. But, I Informed to the office through phon and mail communication at that time and submitted the Doctor certificate also. But, now they are not extending my job. What can I do now? Is there any rights to fight with them legally. Plz let me know sir, I have all avidance/proof of documents for that loss of pay leaves. Company does not provided the sick leaves for contract basis employees. Iam not understanding what I have to do next ? Plz give me information.
