Hello Sir, have completed 23 years of service in IT industry and currently have asked for change in my company. Working as a security auditor for infrastructure projects. I just have reached dead end here. My 35 period has ended on bench though am still part of the audit function. I have two kids one in 12th and another in 9th. Reasonable financial planning in place and no loans. My wife is also working in IT and so there is a back up and she has also been very supportive and says no worries we will take whatever comes. But at times it makes me to think if I took the wrong decision of asking for change, but to be honest the motivation simply is not there in the current role as it has been almost 7 years. Your thoughts please.
