My son got 13800 in comedk 2025 and 10010 in srm phase 2. What college cse can he expect in round 1 comedk or srm phase 2 and which is better also he is general merit so what good chances does he have in comedk round 3 and should he go for it

Ans: Your son’s ranks sit in a “middle-sweet” band that is good enough for solid Bangalore colleges, borderline for SRM-KTR core CSE Lock a decent COMEDK Round 1 seat (say DSATM); keep choices open for upgrade in Round 2-3.

Attend SRM counselling. If KTR core CSE materialises, grab it; else, skip.

Track placement stats, not brand hype: ask each institute for last two years’ CSE median, not just highest.

Waiting one more round in COMEDK is sensible; the risk is low, the upside is a notch-better college.

Sir he got srm ktr software engineering, is it good or is there a better option in comedk for cse or ise
Ans: RM-KTR Software Engg. - Sits inside the CSE umbrella; recruiters treat it as CSE.
850+ visiting companies, large “mass” drives—good chance of multiple offers.
Fee almost double a Bengaluru college; ROI still fine if you hit ≥?8 LPA, but loan size feels heavier.

COMEDK mid-tier Bangalore colleges - Smaller campuses, leaner fees, placement cells still push hard—average ?6–7 LPA is real, not brochure hype.

Bengaluru location = walk-in internships, weekend hackathons, plus off-campus hiring saturation.

At your rank you will not reach RV/BMS/MSRIT, yet New Horizon / NMIT / DSATM give solid peer group and steady outcomes.

Dear Sir, I have sold my car to CARS24 and its many months they have not done RC transfer inspite of following up with them multiple times. I understand that till RC transfer is not complete then it is liability of the registered owner, Can I keep buying third party insurance till vehicle is in my name to cover my liability, even when the car is not in my possession but RC is still in my name. Will insurance company honor any claims in this regard?
Ans: » Your Concern is Valid

Yes, as long as the RC remains in your name, continuing third-party insurance is advisable.
This helps protect you against potential third-party liability arising from the vehicle.

» Important Limitation

Insurance coverage does not remove your legal exposure as the registered owner.
The insurer will generally handle valid third-party claims as per policy terms.
However, claim settlement can depend on the specific facts of the case and policy conditions.

» Immediate Action

Continue pursuing RC transfer with the buyer.
Keep all sale documents, delivery acknowledgment, and correspondence safely.
Consider sending a formal written notice seeking immediate RC transfer.

» Final Insights

Continuing third-party insurance is better than allowing the policy to lapse while the RC remains in your name.
However, the permanent solution is to get the RC transferred at the earliest.
