Sir, My daughter is in London. She has completed B.Sc bio tech, MSc Environmental Science and MS Environmental science. She has no job experience. She has till not got an placement. She has been following with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor etc. But still not able to get a job. Its a year since she completed studies. Any guidance

Ans: Dear If she is not getting job in public sector companies , there are many good private sector companies in Pharma , FMCG/ Food processing companies , NGOs working on Environmental sector/ CSR deptt of large private companies do require profiles like your daughter. So pl. ask her to try.

Ans: Why don’t you try and get her an admission to the Defence Institute of Psycological Research at Delhi? I do not have any other advise other than keep trying!

Now coming to your query about your daughter, let's understand whether her CV designed matches the JD (JOB DESCRIPTION) next is her profile sent to the right organisations.

Now for starters I can name a few companies who will certainly be interested.
BIOCON, Thermo Fischer Scientific, Samy Labs,Dabur...now look for similar organisation's go directly to their website then careers ask her to drop her CV no longer than 2 pages..

Meri daughter Jaipuria institute of management se finance aur it mein MBA padh rahi hai vahan ka placement kaisa hai.

Ans: They do have some placements but it is not 100%. The average package out there would be Rs. 7 to 9 lpa. There may not be great finance placements and the finance jobs out there would be more marketing oriented.

Ans: Look at your interest and accordingly decide. The skill sets required for each of the courses is quite different. All three have decent opportunity of placements and would depend on the college you get in. If you are not sure about the field, then would recommend you to do MBA and decide on your specialization in the 2nd year where there are options of IT / Systems in some of the colleges.

Hii sir ! I love him soo much but he cannot try to accept that . Even I don't talk to my male classmate because he didn't want ki main kisi boy se baat karu Is it fair , am I cheater ? I love him unconditionally I support him in all his career or decision but again he was like I cheated with him we are in long distance relationship but I can't cheat him . Literally I am feeling depressed ????

Please understand that you did nothing wrong. Why would you even question yourself? You know you never cheated. It's his issue that he cannot trust. Yes, in a relationship we all try to comfort our partners but that too should be to a certain extent. And, in that process, if your mental health is being compromised, I don't see how it's a healthy relationship.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but I would reassure you that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. You don't need to prove yourself anymore. And I can also assure you that no matter what you do, he will still manage to find some flaws and doubt you. It's a typical behavior we see in some partners.
