Sir my class 12 percentage is 56.8 from CBSE board. Sir can you please tell me how many companies allow me to sit in placements. And sir my second question is Sir if I want to give class 12 exam again as a PRIVATE CANDIDATE FROM (MP BOARD) it will give me private candidate marksheet. Sir the private candidate marksheet valid for placements is there any problem for private candidates?

Ans: Abdul, Companies hiring Class 12 graduates have specific eligibility criteria, with top MNCs requiring a minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation. Small and new businesses may not follow these rules, focusing on skills and project experience. To qualify, focus on technical skills, obtain licenses, and work on projects that demonstrate expertise. Private candidate marksheets are valid for all universities, companies, and boards, and can be used for placements or higher schooling. Going back for Class 12 increases chances of meeting the 60% requirement and boosts academic image. To position without taking Class 12 again, improve skills, build a portfolio, and focus on companies with open requirements. If taking Class 12 again, plan for a score above 60%, register as a private candidate, and keep an updated Mark Sheet & Certificates.
