नमस्ते कंचन, यदि आपको याद हो तो यह मेरे दिमाग को शांत करने वाला मेरा पहला प्रश्न है.... मैं कार्यस्थल पर उस सहकर्मी के साथ अजीब स्थिति से तंग आ चुकी हूं... चाहे कुछ भी हुआ हो, मैं उसके साथ एक दोस्ताना सहकर्मी की तरह सामान्य महसूस करना चाहती हूं, न कि उन लोगों की तरह जिनके साथ हमारा कुछ तनाव है... इसका हमारे काम पर स्वाभाविक रूप से असर पड़ता है। इसलिए कभी-कभी मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि मुझे इस सारी अजीबता के बारे में उससे सीधे बात करनी चाहिए और उसे चीजों को हल्के में लेने के लिए कहना चाहिए क्योंकि मुझे लगता है कि वह मुझसे नजरें नहीं मिला रहा है... जब वह ऑफिस से आता है और वापस जाता है तो बस मेरा स्वागत करता है। जबकि सभी ने हमें लगातार बातें करते हुए देखा है... क्या यह ठीक नहीं होगा?

Dear Sir, My son's JEE mains (year 2025) rank is 52330. JEE ADVANCED rank is 13975. General catagory. IAT score 139 marks. He is interested in research in Physics and / or Maths from IISC / top 3 IISERs. His class 12th score is 99% for MPC and overall 86%. Please guide.

This is rubbish, go to Kfintech and they will tell you you got 40 shares of JSW for every 100 shares of JVSL and after split you can get only 40 and not 16000 shares! I went personally to Kfintech branch in Blore and got this message

With a 97.76 percentile in MHT-CET, you have strong chances of securing a seat in production engineering at reputable colleges. You can forgo the option of VIT if you are not interested in Electrical or Computer Science engineering. You have already created your future path and vision.

The final choice will be yours.

Sir my son has 49700 rank in JEE Mains. In JOSSA 1st round getting CSE at IIIT Manipur and expected to get CSE at IIIT Dharwad or Bhagalpur. Should we go for CSE at these IIITs or choose ECE in Tier 2/3 NITs. Can we choose Mechanical in NITs. Pls guide

Prefer CSE at IIIT Dharwad. If CSE is the preferred branch, then drop the idea of Mechanical and Electronics @ NITs if possible.
