मेरा बेटा अमेरिका में है, (एन आर आई) उसने 23 जनवरी को 55 लाख का आवासीय घर खरीदा है, भारतीय एसबी खाते से कुल राशि का हस्तांतरण, उसके पास पैन, आधार नंबर है लेकिन कोई कर योग्य आय नहीं है, केवल भारत में खुदरा आय और कृषि आय, वर्तमान में उन्होंने 10 वर्षों से भारत में कोई भी आईटी रिटर्न जमा नहीं किया है, इस लेनदेन को आईटी में दिखाने की कोई आवश्यकता है। यह नया अनिवार्य है.. कृपया मुझे सलाह दें
