यह माँ से गिफ्ट डीड के माध्यम से अर्जित संपत्ति की बिक्री पर एलटीसीजी है। 2004 में मेरी दादी द्वारा वसीयत के माध्यम से प्राप्त आवासीय घर, उन्होंने इसे 2006 में मेरी माँ को उपहार में दिया था और मेरी माँ ने 2021 में मुझे भी वही उपहार दिया था। दोनों उपहार विलेख पंजीकृत हैं। उपहार मिलने के 18 महीने बाद मैंने संपत्ति बेच दी। मेरे प्रश्न हैं (1) पूंजीगत लाभ, एसटीसीजी या एलटीसीजी क्या होगा और (2) पूंजीगत लाभ की गणना के लिए मेरी लागत क्या होगी।
