नमस्ते महोदय, मैं वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 में क्रिप्टो टोकन खरीदने की योजना बना रहा हूं। कर कानून के अनुसार, मुझे 1% टीडीएस का भुगतान करना होगा जो क्रिप्टो एक्सचेंज द्वारा डेबिट किया जाएगा। जब मैं अगले किसी भी वित्तीय वर्ष में अपने क्रिप्टो टोकन बेचता हूं, तो मुझे लाभ पर 30% कर (अतिरिक्त अधिभार) देना होगा। मैं जानना चाहता था कि आने वाले वर्षों में जब मैं अपने क्रिप्टो बेचूंगा तो इस 1% अधिभार को कैसे समायोजित किया जाएगा? या जब मैं अपना क्रिप्टो बेचूंगा तो क्या मुझे इस वित्तीय वर्ष में 1% और अतिरिक्त 30% कर (प्लस अधिभार) का भुगतान करना होगा। कृपया मामले को स्पष्ट करें। मुझे आपकी प्रतिक्रिया का इंतज़ार रहेगा।

Ans: क्रिप्टो से क्रिप्टो लेनदेन के मामले में, अधिग्रहण के समय भी टीडीएस लागू होता है और मैं कटौती के वर्ष में भी इसका दावा कर सकता हूं। यदि क्रिप्टो राशि का भुगतान करके प्राप्त किया जाता है, तो कोई टीडीएस लागू नहीं होगा।
