मैं अपने पीएफ खाते के लिए यूएएन प्राप्त करने में सक्षम नहीं हूं (1991 से 2013 तक कंपनी में काम किया)। नियोक्ता ने 1 साल पहले पीएफ कार्यालय से अनुरोध किया था।

Ans: आप निम्नलिखित कार्यवाही का निर्णय ले सकते हैं:

1. आप अपने क्षेत्रीय ईपीएफओ कार्यालय में शिकायत निवारण अधिकारी से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। आप ईपीएफओ की अदालत में भी शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं, जो एक शिकायत निवारण मंच है।

2. आप देरी के कारण पर स्पष्टता पाने के लिए सूचना का अधिकार (आरटीआई) दायर कर सकते हैं।

3. आप उत्पीड़न और देरी के लिए ईपीएफओ को कानूनी नोटिस दे सकते हैं।

4. आप केंद्रीकृत लोक शिकायत निवारण और निगरानी प्रणाली (सीपीजीआरएएमएस) के माध्यम से प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय में शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
