महोदय, 29/02/2024 को मैंने सभी डेटा को सही करके AY 22-23 के लिए अपडेटेड रिटर्न दाखिल किया था और 25% पेनल्टी के साथ अतिरिक्त कर देयता का भुगतान भी किया था। लेकिन अब मुझे धारा 156 के तहत एक डिमांड नोटिस मिला है जिसमें केवल धारा 143(1) के तहत सूचना है। उस सूचना से पता चलता है कि धारा 234B के तहत ब्याज को छोड़कर सभी कर गणना ठीक है और इसलिए देय कर उत्पन्न होता है। मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ, क्या मुझे मांग राशि का भुगतान करना चाहिए या इसके लिए सुधार दाखिल करना चाहिए। और इस तरह की मांग नोटिस प्राप्त हुए 30 दिन से अधिक हो गए हैं।
