?? Sheetkari Pranayama: If you can’t roll your tongue, gently press your teeth together, open lips slightly, inhale through the teeth, and exhale through the nose.
?? Chandra Bhedana (Left Nostril Breathing): Inhale through the left nostril, exhale through the right. It reduces body heat.
