मेरी आयु 53 वर्ष है, मेरा कद 5.3 इंच/56 किग्रा है, रक्तचाप 140/80 से 180/90 है, जो पिछले 20 दिनों से अनियमित रूप से दर्ज किया गया है, पिछले 3 वर्षों में मैंने अपने दो बड़े भाइयों और माँ को खो दिया है, मैं किसी के लिए बैंक गारंटर के रूप में भारी मानसिक दबाव में हूँ, मैं खुद को नियंत्रित करने के लिए नियमित रूप से ध्यान करता हूँ। लेकिन पिछले कुछ हफ़्तों से मुझे कभी-कभी बाएं सीने के पीछे और सामने की छाती के अंदरूनी हिस्से (बाएं निप्पल के अंदरूनी हिस्से) में दर्द महसूस होता है। 15 दिनों पहले किए गए परीक्षण में कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर सीमा के भीतर था, लिपिड प्रोफ़ाइल ठीक है। अब जल्दी थकान महसूस होती है, सीढ़ियों पर 20+ कदम चढ़ने के बाद, सुबह उठने के बाद थकान महसूस होती है। इसलिए कृपया अपना सुझाव दें। धन्यवाद।
