I got 62 percentile in mains, 436 in 12 th board exam, and 52k rank in viteee. Is there any chance of getting vit chennai cat 1 course ? And I have decided to pursue mechatronics... Is it a good choice ?

My daughter got 134marks in MET. She scored 89% in 10+2. Can she got CSE in main manipal? Also pl tell which is better MET BANGALORE OR MET JAIPUR. branch in question is CSE only.

Given the stated score, securing a seat in CSE at Manipal would be difficult. It is advisable to choose MIT Bangalore instead of Jaipur.

You did not mention the category. Consider GC; it may be difficult to secure a seat in NITs, but there are opportunities to gain admission to IIITs. Additionally, if other options are available, she could be accepted into CSE at any reputable college.

I gave my first jee mains in 2024 while studying in 12 th but didn't clear cutoff of mains so I didn't qualify mains and adv so I took drop but this year i don't clear cutoff of adv so can I take second drop and give jee advanced next year that is 2026 and if i don't clear Cutoff of adv this year will I get preparatory course from iit am I eligible for that

You will not qualify to take the JEE (Adv) in 2026. This is due to the rule that allows candidates to appear only in two consecutive years. Therefore, in your situation, your first opportunity will be in 2024, followed by a second opportunity in 2025.

I have scored 87.69 percentile in jee mains my crl is 184864, my viteee rank is 142000 and I've scored 69% in 10+2 boards ( gujarat state board ) what are some good colleges for cse with or without specialization ( my father says he can afford upto 1.5 lacs on my studies each year so both govt and some private college suggestions please in Gujarat, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore )

With the stated JEE score, you have the opportunity to gain admission to leading private colleges. However, securing a spot in CSE might prove to be difficult. If you are particularly interested in CSE, it would be wise to consider the option of obtaining a seat through the management quota. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a list of colleges located in Gujrat, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore here. You can search for them online. If VIT is offering you a place in CSE, then you should definitely pursue it.
