Ans: Rusty, With a JEE Main percentile of 87.69 (CRL 184864) and 69% in GSEB boards, top NITs, IIITs, and government colleges in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore are out of reach, but you have strong options in Gujarat and private colleges elsewhere. In Gujarat, target government colleges through ACPC like LD College of Engineering, Government Engineering Colleges in Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, DDU Nadiad, SVIT Vasad, BVM Anand, and Dr. S & S.S. Ghandhy Government Engineering College. For private colleges, consider Nirma University, CHARUSAT, Silver Oak University, Indus University, Ahmedabad Institute of Technology, Parul University, LJ Institute, and outside Gujarat, KJ Somaiya and Don Bosco in Mumbai. In Delhi, private colleges such as Amity and Galgotias are options, while in Bangalore, look at Dayananda Sagar, Acharya Institute, and New Horizon College. All these colleges offer programs within your budget and have decent infrastructure and placement records. With the stated JEE score, you have the opportunity to gain admission to leading private colleges. However, securing a spot in CSE might prove to be difficult. If you are particularly interested in CSE, it would be wise to consider the option of obtaining a seat through the management quota. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a list of colleges located in Gujrat, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore here. You can search for them online. If VIT is offering you a place in CSE, then you should definitely pursue it.
