Hello sir ..my son has secured 6278 rank I jee advance and 9939 rank in jee mains. He has appeared for bits and is likely to get integrated economics at bits pilani/ goa . He interested in pursuing cse / dsai/ ai etc. he is getting cse at iit dhanbad and lower iits. he wants to secure top 5/7 iits where he is likely to get metallurgy and material science at iit kharagpur and guwahati . He plans to take up ai/ ml or computer science as minor /electives . Please advise if this would be right track or should we choose lower iits or iiit bangalore

मेरे बेटे को जेईई एडवांस में 10328वीं रैंक और जेईई मेन्स में 23367वीं रैंक मिली है। हमने उसे सीएसई आईओटी के लिए एसएनयू चेन्नई में अस्थायी रूप से दाखिला दे दिया है। कृपया निम्नलिखित पर सलाह दें ब्रांच बनाम कॉलेज: क्या नई पीढ़ी के आईआईटी में मेटलर्जी, बायोटेक्नोलॉजी बायोइनफॉरमैटिक्स, मैकेनिकल, केमिकल जैसी ब्रांच लेना उचित है या आईआईआईटी या एसएनयू चेन्नई में सीएसई के लिए जाना उचित है क्या आईआईटी टैग आईआईआईटी और निजी विश्वविद्यालयों में सीएसई और ईसीई जैसी ब्रांच से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है?

नमस्ते सर, मेरे बेटे को JEE Mains 2024 में 39K रैंक और JEE Advance में 16K रैंक मिली है, उसकी रैंक के अनुसार उसे केमिकल, सिविल, माइनिंग, मेटलर्जी या बायोटेक्नोलॉजी जैसी ब्रांच वाली IIT में कम रैंक मिलेगी। कृपया सुझाव दें कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और कम्युनिकेशन के साथ IIT, IIST से बेहतर है। या अगर उसे DTU में इलेक्ट्रिकल्स इंजीनियरिंग मिलती है तो बेहतर है। हालाँकि उसे कंप्यूटिंग और गणित में रुचि है।

Now final decision to be taken .My Son got rank 23738 General category JEE mains 2025 – Home state - Karnataka, JEE Advance 22747 in General category , KCET – 897 state Karnataka . No hope to get seat in IITs even seats increased this year. I am getting - ECE in NIT Patna, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Agartala,BIT Mesra - CSE in NIT Arunachal Pradesh and other NE NITs - Checmical, Metallurgy,Mining in NIT Suratkal, Warangal, Calicut.... - CSE in IIITs Bhopal, Surat, Pune, Kancheepuram.... Through KCET Karnataka, I am getting - ECE in R. V. College of Engineering Bangalore - CSE in PES, M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, BMS Please advise should I go for above lower NITs ECE or lower NIT CSE or IIITs CSE ? Or Lower branch in higher NIT ? Or opt for Private college KCET seat in RVCE CSE or PES ,MSRIT,BMS – CSE ? Appreciate your response.

My Son 's rank in JEE mains is 7600 and in JEE Advance around 13900. Kindly give me expert advice for the following options: - He will get CSE in III, Delhi / NSUT Delhi / DTU Delhi Which institue is best for CSE among three . 2. At NIT Ttichhy/ Warangal he will likely to get EEE and in IIUT, Allhabad ECE 3. He will get low prferred branch like Mining / Mettalargy in 2nd genersgion IIT ( BHU/ ISM, Dhanbad ) and civil / Chemical in 3rd generation IIT So kingly give us expert advice considering his Choices as Computer sc or related circuit branch and looding / getting IIT tag also. Which option is the best . We are from open category and domicile state is Delhi.
