Hello Sir B.sc B.ed. from IIT(or nit) Vs B.tech from local college Pls guide sir

Ans: Hello Krishna
Both the options do not match with each other. One is related to engineering and other is related with education, research, teaching etc. Where your interest lies is more important. If you with to become professor, teacher and wish to enter into research go with B,Sc.+B.Ed else with B.Tech. from any college.

IIT tag has it importance. Yet is not true that with the IIT tag, the job opportunities increases. Job opportunities depends on your knowledge, dedication and honesty with the work. There are many evidences where a student has completed B.Tech. from the normal college but working at higher positions with high pay scale. Focus more on knowledge and hard work. Best of luck.
