Ans: 1 साल का अंतराल कोई बड़ी समस्या नहीं है। लेकिन यह सलाह दी जाती है कि आप नौकरी की तलाश करें और नौकरी के साथ-साथ पढ़ाई भी करें। ऐसी नौकरी की तलाश करें जो आपको CAT की तैयारी के लिए रोजाना कम से कम 3 घंटे दे सके।

सर, मैं BMS 2024 ग्रेजुएट हूँ, मैं यूपीएससी पास करना चाहता था इसलिए मैंने ग्रेजुएशन के बाद तैयारी शुरू कर दी। लेकिन तैयारी शुरू करने के कुछ समय बाद ही मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मैं इसके बारे में सकारात्मक महसूस नहीं कर रहा था। मैं बहुत ज़्यादा सोचने वाला व्यक्ति था और मैंने सभी संभावित परिणामों के बारे में सोचा और मुझे लगा कि मैं अपनी जवानी को दांव पर लगा रहा हूँ। सर मेरा प्लान बी MBA करना था और इसलिए मैं CAT देने की योजना बना रहा हूँ लेकिन तैयारी की कमी के कारण मैं CAT 2024 नहीं दे पाऊँगा और इसलिए मैं 2025 में देने की योजना बना रहा हूँ। लेकिन चूँकि मैंने नौकरी की तलाश नहीं की, इसलिए मैं इस उलझन में हूँ कि क्या मुझे काम करना शुरू कर देना चाहिए और साथ ही CAT की तैयारी करनी चाहिए या मुझे एक गैप लेना चाहिए और पूरी तरह से CAT पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए जिससे मेरे रिज्यूमे में 2 साल का गैप जुड़ जाएगा। सर मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ कि मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें और मेरी उलझन को दूर करें। क्या मेरे गैप से मेरी प्लेसमेंट प्रभावित होगी? या क्या एक साल में काम करके अच्छा पर्सेंटाइल स्कोर करना संभव है?

Ans: CAT 2025 के लिए अभी भी एक लंबा रास्ता तय करना है। नौकरी करें और साथ ही CAT की तैयारी भी करें। अगर आपको संतुलन बनाना मुश्किल लगता है, तो परीक्षा से 5 से 6 महीने पहले नौकरी छोड़ सकते हैं। तब तक आपके पास लगभग 7 से 8 महीने का अनुभव होगा जो आपके अंतर को कुछ हद तक पाटने में मदद करेगा और आपको तैयारी के लिए पर्याप्त समय भी देगा क्योंकि CAT को पास करने के लिए 5 से 6 महीने की पूर्णकालिक तैयारी पर्याप्त है

सर, मैंने 2023 में बैचलर ऑफ मैनेजमेंट स्टडीज में स्नातक किया। उसके बाद मैंने 6 महीने तक काम किया और मार्च 2024 से मैंने CAT की तैयारी शुरू कर दी। मैंने नवंबर 2024 में अपना पहला प्रयास दिया, लेकिन बहुत कम अंक मिले। तो क्या मुझे 2025 में CAT फिर से देना चाहिए और अपने गैप ईयर को पूरा करने के लिए मुझे क्या करना चाहिए। चूंकि मेरे प्रोफाइल में लगभग 2 साल का गैप होगा

Ans: अभी नौकरी कर लो। इसलिए जब तक तुम अगले साल CAT के लिए आवेदन करोगे तब तक तुम्हारे पास 1 साल का कार्य अनुभव होगा (पिछले 6 महीनों सहित)। इससे कहीं न कहीं तुम्हें अपने अंतर को सही ठहराने और कार्य अनुभव के लिए कुछ अंक पाने में मदद मिलेगी। अगर तुम काम नहीं करना चाहते तो अपने अंतर को पाटने के लिए कुछ कोर्स करो
