I am sixty. Undergo daily 9 to 12 km walk with average calorie burn 600 to 800. I need to take whiskey every night of nearly 150 ml. How can I get rid of alcohol consumption..?

Ans: Whisky is a hard liquor and has more alchohol content. Consuming a large peg every day will add burden to the liver in it's detoxification process. Alchohol detoxifying process is impacted with ageing. So if you consider positive ageing, adding quality to your life tears then please stop hard liquor.

Ans: I don't think it is advisable to ask for a drug prescription online. You should consult a physician or endocrinologist. You obviously need to stop smoking and decrease your consumption of alcohol. You need to attempt to lose weight (if you are overweight) . Reduce your consumption of salt. Exercise regularly

Hi mam, My age is 52(Male). My HB1ac 6.1 and having the habit of drinking. Pls advise for HB1ac and also how to quit drinking.

Ans: A HbA1c is indicative of being in the pre-diabetic range. It means that dietary modifications and exercise will help lower this level. Avoid sweets, chocolate cakes, pastries, ice creams and fried foods should be avoided. Adopt a high complex carb, low fat and adequate protein diet. Include cereals, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, etc. daily in your diet. Consume foods with low glycemic index and a low glycemic load. Ensure following a regular exercise schedule.

Hi Mam, My age is 46(Male). My HB1AC is around 5.9 to 6.4 and having habit of occasional drinking. Also I am diagnosed with NAFLD Stage 2, but without any symptoms since last 1 year. I have worked on my diet and reduced the weight from 89 to 81kg and my height is 5.11. Please advice.

Ans: Early dinner before 7 pm and fat free and light protein with a complex Carb (lowest portion) should be the nutrition chosen for dinner. Increase your physical activity like walking to improve your insulin sensitivity over cell. receptors

Hello Madam. I have been consuming alcohol for last 10+ years, mostly on weekends or on special occasions. But for last 2-3 months, due to some job stability related issues, I was drinking regularly (almost 300 ml). Now for last 3 days I have left drinking successfully. But due to 'withdrawal symptoms' I have not been to sleep at nights and its making me weak also. Pls suggest ways to overcome it. Currently I take Olmezest 40 for BP once daily.

Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.
