Ans: I don't think it is advisable to ask for a drug prescription online. You should consult a physician or endocrinologist. You obviously need to stop smoking and decrease your consumption of alcohol. You need to attempt to lose weight (if you are overweight) . Reduce your consumption of salt. Exercise regularly

My HB keeps on increasing i am not a Chain Smoker, but often i smoke when i drink but it is in limit so please advice me what to do.

Ans: Dear Pradeep Kumar Ji,
There is not as much linkage of Hb or haemoglobin with smoking or drinking as you mention.
Haemoglobin levels are largely dependent upon diet and other factors. Please get a complete blood count, iron studies along with Vitamin levels done and consult a physician, who can guide what might be resulting in fluctuations in your Hb levels.

In any case, please stop smoking and reduce alcohol as much as possible.

Ans: The IPMAT full form is Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test. The IPMAT exam is a moderately challenging exam for admission to dual degree Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) programmes at IIM Indore , IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, IIFT, TAPMI, and other premier business schools. There are many online coaching centres. You just search in net.
