Greetings Mam 1. Do one has to do yoga 7 days in a week? 2. can we do something like squat on feet on the floor or a little exercise after the dinner? is 5 minutes OK for good digestion ?

Ans: Hi, anytime you can give towards being active is good. So five minutes is certainly better than zero. However, the current recommendation is 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise over a week. This should be spread evenly through the week, such as 30 mins of exercise for 5 days a week. To get the maximum benefit one should do a mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises (like gentle yoga) throughout the week.
