Ans: As you have not mentioned your age, gender, etc. I can only advise to start with daily walks (15 minutes gradually going up to 45 minutes). You can also start with light pranayams - like deep breathing and anulom vilom for 5-10 minutes. Amongst exercises, Yog is the safest form, under a trained and experienced professional. I strongly advising asking your trainer about their qualifications and experience especially with your medical background.
