I very easily suffer from gas bloating and constipation. So I have been taking Harde table (Zandu's Haritaki) for last many years. I have focused on increasing fruits and vegetables in my diet. However, slowly my harde intake has gone up to 4 tablets daily to keep it clear everyday. 1 day of mild constipation & I am badly bloated so much that I even get labored breathing and mildy asthmatic. I have tried taking probiotic powders many times, and ayurvedic meds like pancharisht etc, but they are all temp relief. i eat curd or buttermilk almost everyday along with veggies or salad and fruit everyday , . However, its like walking on a precipice. 1 day of dinner at a wedding and I indulge, I am back to square one. I am vegetarian, dont smoke or drink, home meals are not very oily or spicy, have reduced eating out to max of once a week. I am 43M and overweight. But no BP or sugar as yet. What can I do to restore my gut and digestive system?

I am 28, male got heart attack 1 yr ago, undergone angioplasty, stent to LAD, my Hba1c is 6.3 from then till now, but now fasting and pp sugar levels are below 90, total colestrol at the time of attack was around 90, I was having weekly fights with my life partner that time...I was 92 kg then but now I am 67kg I do physical activity like 2 km run in 9-10 minutes and 15-20 min yoga...a little bit of stretching while in office...what should I do for lowering my Hba1c level at the same time improving my heart health?
