Hello, my boyfriend and me are together for 3 years now and he told me he can't leave without his parents after marriage, but I really want my own house and he told me that if I can't live with his parents after marriage then we should breakup, what should I do?

Ans: Dear Anonymous,
It is great that both of you have got this sorted before getting married. If you think that neither one of you can compromise on this front, I would suggest you rethink the relationship. Have a discussion and see if you can find a middle ground where both of you are happy- for instance, getting your own place but living with his parents on the weekends or something of the sort. If nothing works out, I would strongly suggest reconsidering the relationship.

I'm 18F and my bf is 28 I'm a student and I have lot of dreams but in my bf home they want him to get married and have kids before a year but I'm not ready yet idk what to do he's saying he can only wait 3 years but his parents can't but I have a life but i love to be happy i he's happy what should I do should I agree to marrige and marry this year or miss him forever

I can't make the decision for you, but it is important to prioritize your dreams as much as your relationship. Ask yourself, if you pursue your dreams and get married a little late, will that hurt anyone? Next, ask yourself, if you get married and have kids right away, will you ever be able to achieve your dreams again? Once you answer these questions honestly, I think you will know what to choose.
