The dream of IIT can be easily fulfilled via this route. There is no sense in appearing for JEE again, especially after completing 12th @ NIOS board. It is just a waste of time, money, and effort.

Overall your total networth is 5 crores (including PF, FD, MF, binds etc.) - we will break it into 4 crores (which can be used to fund your retirement) and 1 crore for emergencies.
