sir, my question is. i have converted my Pvt ltd company into LLP. So in which coloum in a tax return the loss of Pvt company to be shown. kapoor

Ans: You have converted your Private Limited Company into LLP during the year. You should declare Profit/Loss from both PLC & LLP separately. Profit from PLC (Private Limited Co), till the date it was operational & afterwards as LLP (from the date of its inception).

MEDICLAIM - 50000
MEDICLAIM FOR SENIOR CITIZEN PARENTS - 25000
NPS - 50000
HRA at actuals. Housing loan / Student loan / Donation also at actuals.

Ans: Unfortunately since you own more than 2 properties in your name there are not much options available.

You can invest in REC / NHAI bonds to the tune of INR 50 lakhs.

If I dissolve or close my Pvt limited company How can I get the share capital and reserve of my Pvt limited company by paying minimum tax or no tax if possible ?

Ans: The taxation will depend upon accumulated profits the company has and taxable as dividend in the hands of shareholders and over and above any distribution of the accumulated profits it will be taxed as capital gains in the hands of the shareholder.

It would be helpful to understand the numbers ie accumulated profits, shareholding pattern, assets to be distributed to the shareholders, balance sheet, P/L etc.

Ans: Can do job in any field including Finance, HR, Marketing, etc. There is no restriction in which field a b pharm student can choose in his MBA studies.

Ans: If you are doing CSE then you may have job opportunities abroad. Also you may have to interact a lot with foreign clients. In that case not being conversant with english could create problem

Meri daughter Jaipuria institute of management se finance aur it mein MBA padh rahi hai vahan ka placement kaisa hai.

Ans: They do have some placements but it is not 100%. The average package out there would be Rs. 7 to 9 lpa. There may not be great finance placements and the finance jobs out there would be more marketing oriented.

Ans: Look at your interest and accordingly decide. The skill sets required for each of the courses is quite different. All three have decent opportunity of placements and would depend on the college you get in. If you are not sure about the field, then would recommend you to do MBA and decide on your specialization in the 2nd year where there are options of IT / Systems in some of the colleges.

In some cases you can visit the consulate to get information about scholarships in those countries. Can also visit college websites, online scholarship databases, official study abroad pages.

Hii sir ! I love him soo much but he cannot try to accept that . Even I don't talk to my male classmate because he didn't want ki main kisi boy se baat karu Is it fair , am I cheater ? I love him unconditionally I support him in all his career or decision but again he was like I cheated with him we are in long distance relationship but I can't cheat him . Literally I am feeling depressed ????

Please understand that you did nothing wrong. Why would you even question yourself? You know you never cheated. It's his issue that he cannot trust. Yes, in a relationship we all try to comfort our partners but that too should be to a certain extent. And, in that process, if your mental health is being compromised, I don't see how it's a healthy relationship.

I don't want to tell you what to do, but I would reassure you that YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. You don't need to prove yourself anymore. And I can also assure you that no matter what you do, he will still manage to find some flaws and doubt you. It's a typical behavior we see in some partners.
