I have invested 4L rupees in a not SEBI registered online trading company named Blackstone fx..I applied for 1634 shares for Rulka IPO. They haven't mentioned that it is a bunch of 100 shares..so total number of shares I applied for 163400..they allocated me 8000 shares with market value 18.8L.so my 4L money get stuck..now after that incident I repeatedly tell them to cancel my order they are freeze my account..what should I do.. should I go for cyber crime?

Dear Sir, I seek your guidance regarding a financial matter related to a VIP trading account operated through a WhatsApp group. There are numerous VIP trading accounts in WhatsApp groups, including those associated with UPSTOX, particularly under Mr. Milan Vaishnav and Ms. Pallavi Gandhi. I invested ₹20 lakhs in this account; however, I have not seen any progress in terms of trading or withdrawals. Additionally, they are now requesting further investments for block trading and IPO participation. Given these circumstances, I would like to know if I can recover my funds with the assistance of Cyber Crime and SEBI. Your advice on the appropriate course of action would be highly appreciated. Looking forward to your response..

General Comments:

This tendency to get rich quickly(nothing wrong with it) is okay but in that quest people make terrible mistakes and realize their loss when it is almost too late.

Only appropriate way to get rich in a short time is to start your own business and scale it up fast. It needs smart hardwork and little bit of luck. We have many start-up founders in their early thirties already multi millionaires. Let's leave lottery, FNO, ancestral wealth etc , out of purview.

Specific Comments;

You must complain to the Police and SEBI/RBI urgently to recover your capital.

Do not fall for such gimmicks henceforth.

Similar investment of ipo first ipo got profit of one lacs they have again reinvested the same of 2+1 lacs profit in ipo of 10lacs promise to get 15 lacs but at the time of opening it has reduced to 9.50 lacs agin they invest 3 lacs full allotment one ipo and balance they have part invested 7 lacs of alloted ipo around 22 lacs and requesting me to pay 14 lacs which I said no funds now they are arranging topup of 14 lacs without interest but ipo listing rate 0.000325 asking me to give the confirmation which they will pay my account and in turn i will balance ipo of ken which is listing on 12/02/2025;if I say no it will have big consequences for not taking listed share in my name? What to do? My 9 lacs are blocked?

Same ipo question QUANTAIS is the whatsup group 2 lacs first ipo invested got profit of of 1 lacs again they have lured and investment around 10 lacs ( 3 + 7 lacs) in second ipo and lost money by 50000 but they have again blocked the fund for two ipos one full 4 lacs and balance 7 lacs in ken ipo and insisting to pay 14 lacs you will get 56 lacs which I have refused that don't have funds today they are arranging topup of without interest they will fund my bank and I have forward same to them and they will be charging 0.000325 on ipo listed amount if I don't agree i have to face consequences but they are assuring no loss will be there?

I'm 35 years old, I was employed as a Fire and safety officer in the Civil Defense, Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I completed both police training and fire fighter training and served under the force from 10 years after which I left the service. Is there any way for me to join the Indian army or police force using my previous service experience?

Don't think at 35 there are any full time career opportunities in regular Army/Police.
Territorial Army (TA) could be an option for part time service in Army that does offer position/perks as per regular cadre officers.

The first thing you can do is to register yourself with local AWPO office. Employers do approach them regularly for skilled veterans. Yon can also liaise with their staff (AWPO) with regard to your specific job search.

Hi Greetings ! I'm salaried person my question is I have done option trading and when I check my saving account statement for financial year total credit and debit transaction is 14lakhs , all transactions are related to securities only like withdrawal of some amount and adding some amount,i didnt gained anything from trading lost 4lakhs instead , do I need to pay income tax? Ans: as you have made overall loss no need to pay any Capital Gain Tax, but you need to declare this while filling your income tax returns.

I’m going through a divorce, while my wife still stays in the same house. She has been verbally & physically abusive with me, my parents and my 4 yr old daughter. What sort of arrangement is this? If you anyway were planning to divorce and separate, then what is the meaning of living in the same house/
For the sake of the child, kindly, go by the terms of the divorce and live in different homes and agreeing to certain visitation rights to your child from both of you. Don't mess with the emotional environment of a little girl please.

At times, we do not understand the other person's language of love; what we can do is accept them for how and who they are. Yes, you do not appreciate what your husband has done, but can you just think that it was done as an act of love for you? Maybe then, you can see the entire episode as not anything against you BUT actually for you.
