I am having two demat account.in one account is joint account ,in which holder is myself and my wife . second account my wife is solo account holder. so can I transfer joint account to solo wife account.pl advice.

Ans: You cannot add a second holder to an existing demat account. Regulatory guidelines do not allow converting a single-holder demat account into a joint account.
