Undergone health check up recently after suffering from vague abdomen pain and abnormal parameters are as follows: 1) HbA1c = 6.1, 2) CRP=3.9, 3) Vit D = 11.03. Ultrasound of Abdomen shows Liver is mildly enlarged in size (15.8) and shows increased parenchymal echotexture(Impression: Mild hepatomegaly with Grade-I fatty changes) . I am 29 years(Male) old , weight: 88KG and height: 175cm. Please help me understand what does it indicates and what are the measures to be taken to maintain normals. Thank you
