My tmt , ecg and echo blood test all are normal but I fell heavy at left chest and pain some time I fell very tired and high heart beat rate consultant doctor say everything is ok while I am taking a walk also fells heavy and for every meal I also fell the same

Ans: If these investigations are normal, you can be assured of not any complication or issue. However, I am not sure if you got thyroid profile etc done.
In any case, adopting a healthy lifestyle and getting regular check up done and consultations with a physician is a good idea.
Also, if you develop any fresh symptoms, do not wait and have a fresh consultation with a physician and follow the advice.
