Ma'am I was 19 years old ..my weight is 41 kg .. wait was remain same in last 3 year ...no major issues in health but still weight don't increase.. what I do in this situation?

Ans: Weight gain is a slow process. Due to less muscle in your body, you need to increase protein in your diet from low fat dairy products, lean meat, eggs, soya, nuts, beans, lentils etc. leading to increase in lean mass and thereby weight gain. Include complex carbohydrate intake majorly from high fiber fruits and vegetables along with whole grains and pulses. Eat small frequent calorie and nutrient dense meals. Exercise to strengthen your muscle group but do not burn too many calories with cardio or over exercising.
