sir, i m 38 years old, i m recently diabetic, i take rybelsus 3 mg i lose my weight 3 kg and control diabetes is this suitable for long time

Ans: A meal plan serves as a roadmap for when, what, and how much food you should eat to meet your nutritional needs and maintain blood sugar levels within the desired range. A diabetic diet involves management of your daily food intake to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Increased consumption of nonstarchy veggies including broccoli, spinach, green beans, etc., fruits, legumes, pules, whole grains, etc. is an important component of a healthy diabetic diet. Cut back on refined carbohydrates and added sugars. Examples of these are white bread, rice, and pasta that have less than 2 grams of fiber per serving. Try to prioritize whole foods over heavily processed ones as much as you can.
