I had an accident on 25.5.2023 and the findings of NCCT face and CT orbit is displace fractures are seen in the anterior and posterior wall of right maxillary sinus, floor and lateral wall of orbit on right side and non displaced fracture in the zygomatic arch on right side. I do not have any sensation on the right side of orbit, I am taking the allopathic medicines. Can the same be diagnosed/cured with yoga; if so please suggest me the asans for it

Ans: Physiotherapy is the only answer. Regular ice packs on the knee and avoiding any jerky movements will also make a difference. Consume moringa and drumstick soup every single day before lunch. Have ghee and drink lots of warm water, this will help you too. Abhyanga and pancha karma is also said to help a lot. If the pain persists, I suggest you speak to your doctor again.

Usually as a physio we do not prescribe medicines. So please ask your general physician to advise you regarding the calcium and the dosage required for you. Also check with him if you require to take Vitamin D3 and B12 supplements too as they are also important.

For how long did you do the physiotherapy? Are you still continuing with the physiotherapy?
Have you done recent MRI?
Aqua-therapy which means doing exercises in water can help heal the knee very well. If possible for you please ask a certified aqua-physiotherapist or go to a center that has aqua-therapy and do exercises there in their pool. This will help you in developing proprioception which will strengthen the muscles around the knee very well. Also your core muscles need to be worked on.
Also please go to a good sports physio or a physio who does myofascial release. You may need therapies like cupping, dry needling, myofascial release rather than only conventional physio. That can help your waist pain and knee.
