It does not empty completely in the morning. The first stool is without any effort but then i have to drink tea warm water etc to empty completely in another 1-2 sittings. Triphla, isabgol help at times but dont want to use regularly. I tried making the dinner very light but it didnt work. I wake up 3-4 times during night too. Please advice.
