Hi Everyone , I m 67 male , when I am in the bed , and bladder full , I take plenty of water, I delay going to the washroom for 3-4 hours in night as I can't get up , in deep sleep . But whenever I come up, I can't hold for one minute even. I feel it will wet my clothes. No sugar , no BP. I request a holistic guidance.

Ans: Please restrict fluid intake after 7 pm
and empty your bladder before going to bed, and once at 10 pm
Get a uroflow study to understand the tonicity of your bladder along with it, get an USG to rule out Prostate enlargement

Ans: Increased frequency or urination could be due to multiple factors. This could be a sign of early stage diabetes mellitus type 2.
Please get a detailed lab work up done followed by a consultation with physician.

Before waking up I am getting nightmares (like I lost my way and keep on wandering, not able to complete the task and the time is up, lost some valuable and keep on dearching). How to get rid off this, and what is the reason behind this what is the remedy

Ans: Decide if you want to take JEE again or join a college this year.
Look at state counseling options for government colleges.
Consider private universities with good placement records.
If you want to switch fields, look at BCA, B.Sc. Data Science, or professional courses.

Ans: With 93.10 percentile in JEE Mains 2025 and OBC-NCL category, your son's expected category rank would be around 40,000 - 45,000 (CRL) and 10,000 - 12,000 (OBC-NCL Rank).
Yes, he has a chance of getting a seat in lower branches in Tier-2 NITs, especially in later rounds of JoSAA and CSAB counseling.
